ServiceBip

Wireless Call & Light Indicator for Meeting Rooms

What is a wireless call button used for in a meeting room?

During a seminar or meeting, interrupting the discussion to fetch coffee, an HDMI cable or technical help breaks the momentum. The ServiceBip™ wireless call button placed on the table lets the organiser call facilities or AV support without leaving the room or picking up a phone.

Front-of-house staff receive the request with the room name and step in discreetly. A self-contained on-site paging system, installed in minutes in a conference centre or coworking space.

Everyday benefits

  • Coffee breaks and equipment brought in without interrupting the session
  • AV support called at the first technical issue
  • Every room identified: staff know exactly where to go
  • No wiring, buttons can be repositioned to fit the room layout

Which ServiceBip equipment should you choose?

The ServiceBip™ wireless call button equips every room and common areas. Facilities staff and technical support wear the ServiceWatch™ receiver watch; a ServiceLight™ light flash or a ServiceScreen™ display at reception centralises requests. The link is direct radio on the 433.92 MHz band (short-range radio devices per ANFR), with no wifi, no wiring and no subscription; range reaches 300 m in open field and up to 2 km with the ServiceAmpli™ repeater.

Frequently asked questions

Can a facilities request be told apart from a technical one?

Yes: a Duo or Trio button sends “Facilities”, “Technical” or “Urgent” to the right recipients.

Does the system interfere with the room’s wifi?

No: the 433.92 MHz frequency is separate from wifi and causes no interference.
