Description détaillée

What is the ServiceBip™ wireless call button for?

The ServiceBip™ is the wireless call button that triggers the entire system. A single press sends a radio signal to the paired receivers, which immediately display the button’s number and the requested task. No wiring, no network: place the button wherever you like and staff are notified wherever they are.

It is used anywhere someone needs to call another person without moving: restaurants, hotels, retirement homes, clinics, retail, industry.

Mono, Duo or Trio: which model to choose?

  • ServiceBip™ Mono, 1 button: a single type of call. Ideal for “call a server”, “request help”, “notify the kitchen”.
  • ServiceBip™ Duo, 2 buttons: Call and Cancel. Staff can close the request without returning to the starting point.
  • ServiceBip™ Trio, 3 buttons: Call, a 2nd function (e.g. “Bill” in a restaurant) and Cancel.
  • ServiceBip™ Trio Alert: 3 buttons including a priority alert for urgent requests.

How does the ServiceBip™ work?

The button transmits on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a on-site paging system: one transmitter, one or more receivers, nothing else.

Each button carries a number and a label you define (“TABLE 12”, “ROOM 214”, “DOCK 3”). When pressed, receivers display this reference and the task; on Duo and Trio models, the cancel button clears the call. A ServiceAmpli™ repeater can be placed between transmitters and receivers to extend the range.

Which receivers can it be paired with?

Which industries use the ServiceBip™?

Food service and hospitality. Server call in the dining room or on the terrace, dish-ready call from the kitchen pass, housekeeper call in hotels.

Healthcare and senior care. Resident or caregiver call in retirement homes and clinics (alongside a ServiceNurse™ patient call pear), discreet call in dental practices and pharmacies.

Retail. Sales assistant call from the shop floor, fitting room or service desk in large retail stores and specialty shops.

Industry and security. Assistance call from a workstation, emergency button for a lone worker, forklift or crane operator call in workshops and warehouses.

Spa, pool and beach. Staff call around the pools of a spa, a swimming pool or a private beach.

Installation and mounting

The button works straight out of the box, with its 12V battery included. The back mount detaches: fix it with two screws or double-sided tape, wherever you like. Several accessories complete the installation:

  • Anti-theft key: locks the button onto its mount.
  • ServiceMenu™: menu or notice holder that integrates the button.
  • Pendant: the button can be worn around the neck with a dedicated clip.
