What is the ServicePad™ call keypad for?
The ServicePad™ is a wireless call keypad: from a fixed point (reception, front desk, bar, office), you dial a staff member’s number and the call goes straight to their ServiceWatch™ watch. Instead of one button per location, a single keypad lets you reach any station fitted with a watch.
It suits venues where one person centralises requests and dispatches work: hotel reception, restaurant or bar counters, spa or private beach reception.
How does the ServicePad™ work?
The keypad transmits on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system, with no network or subscription.
Each dialled number corresponds to a ServiceWatch™ watch (or a group of watches) programmed in advance. A ServiceAmpli™ repeater extends the range on large premises.
Keypad or button: which to choose?
The ServiceBip™ button is placed where the call originates (a table, a room, a station). The ServicePad™, on the other hand, starts from a central point and lets you choose who you call. The two combine well: customers or stations call with buttons, reception dispatches with the keypad.
Installation
Plug the keypad into a mains outlet (adapter included), program the numbers to the watches, and it’s ready. No network wiring, no IT configuration.

Do I need wifi or a subscription?
No. The keypad plugs into an outlet and sends a direct radio signal to the watches. No network, no subscription.
Can several people be called at once?
Yes: a number can be programmed to reach a group of ServiceWatch™ watches simultaneously.
Does the ServicePad™ replace ServiceBip™ buttons?
It complements them. Buttons are used to place a call from a specific location; the keypad is used to direct a call to a specific person from the reception desk.
