ServiceBip™, how does it work?

ServiceBip™ call buttons are placed in strategic locations on the shelves.
Department managers wear a ServiceWatch™ watch receiver paired with the call button(s).

When a customer presses a button, the receiver receives an alert indicating which button was used, and can thus go to its customer.

The receiver records up to 10 calls and keeps them in memory until deleted by the advisor.
It is also possible, with a ServiceScreen™ screen placed in a strategic location, such as the reception, to inform all staff of current events in real time.

The ServiceBip™ system operates via radio frequency, without installation. It is completely waterproof.
