ServiceBip™, how does it work?
By simply pressing a button, customers call the spa staff, whether in the massage area, the relaxation room, or the bathroom without disturbing the tranquility of the premises. The person in charge of care will be discreetly informed on their watch-shaped receiver (ServiceWatch™) of the cabin number where the call is coming from to attend to their client.
It is also possible, with a screen placed in a strategic location, such as the reception, to inform all staff in real time of current events.
The ServiceBip™ system operates via radio frequency, without installation. It is completely waterproof.
