What is the ServiceAmpli™ repeater for?
The ServiceAmpli™ is a wireless signal repeater (or amplifier). Placed between your transmitters and receivers, it picks up the signal from the buttons and retransmits it further, covering distances or buildings that a direct link could not reach.
It becomes necessary as soon as: the distance exceeds the buttons’ range, walls are thick or made of stone, the structure contains a lot of metal, or the call needs to travel from one floor to another.
How does the ServiceAmpli™ work?
The unit works on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. You unfold the antenna and place the repeater up high and at a good distance from the buttons so it can relay the signal.
By default, the ServiceAmpli™ retransmits all buttons; it can also be set to repeat only certain registered transmitters. Several repeaters can be chained together to cover a very large area.
When should you use it?
Large stores and warehouses. Cover an entire shop, a workshop or logistics warehouse, a car park.
Hospitality and multi-storey premises. Relay dining-room, floor or spa calls up to the reception of a hotel.
Healthcare and senior care. Connect separate buildings or wings in retirement homes or clinics.
Construction sites and equipment. Calls from a hoist, construction lift or crane, where the transmitter and receiver are separated by a long vertical distance.

When do I need a ServiceAmpli™?
As soon as distance or obstacles (thick walls, metal, floors) prevent a call from reliably reaching the receiver. If in doubt, describe your site to us.
Where should it be placed?
Up high, antenna unfolded, halfway between the buttons and the receivers, and far enough from the transmitters to act as a relay.
Does it need to be programmed?
Not by default: it automatically repeats all buttons. You can limit it to certain transmitters via its menu.
