What is the ServiceLight™ light flash for?
The ServiceLight™ is a wireless light-based call receiver. Each time a ServiceBip™ button is pressed, it lights up in a powerful colour, visible from a distance, with a sound signal that can be turned off. It lets you notify staff without a microphone announcement, in noisy environments or when discretion is required.
Each button can trigger its own colour and sound: one colour for “need assistance”, another for “urgent”, another for “do not disturb”.
How does the ServiceLight™ work?
The receiver picks up the signal from buttons on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system, with no network or subscription.
It plugs into a mains outlet and includes a backup battery: it keeps working during a power outage. Light duration, volume (5 sounds) and colour (7 available) are set from the buttons under the cover. It manages up to 99 buttons.
