The ServiceScreen™ wireless call receiver display shows on a counter or wall the calls sent by ServiceBip™ buttons: 4-digit number preceded by a letter (A to F), queue, adjustable ringtone. Mains-powered, 433.92 MHz radio link, no wifi or network wiring. For reception desks, checkouts, offices: retail, healthcare, administration, industry.
The ServiceScreen™ is a wireless call receiver display for a fixed station. It shows in large digits, on a counter or wall, the number of the ServiceBip™ button that was just pressed, along with a letter (A to F) identifying the station or desk concerned. The operator sees at a glance who is calling and from where.
It suits any setting where staff work at a fixed point: pharmacies, retail, clinics and medical practices, company or workshop reception, administration.
As soon as a button is pressed, the display instantly shows its number, steady or flashing depending on which button was pressed, making it easy to tell a simple call from a priority request. In case of simultaneous calls, a 30-call queue is stored and scrolls at the speed you choose. The display also shows the time and date on standby.
The unit is mains-powered and communicates on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system, with no network wiring at all.
The 4-digit format (0000 to 9999) preceded by a letter A to F is especially useful when several assistants or desks work in parallel: the letter identifies the station (counter, booth, workshop), the number corresponds to the ticket or order. Bakery, pharmacy, repair shop, after-sales service: everyone knows immediately where to go, with no confusion.
Retail. Customer recall at the after-sales counter, deli counter or order pickup in large retail stores and specialty shops; assistant call in pharmacies.
Healthcare and administration. Calling a patient or visitor from the waiting room to an office, in clinics, practices or reception services.
Hospitality and food service. Displaying dining-room calls at a hotel reception or a restaurant pass.
Industry. Guard post, factory reception, calling a warehouse worker or forklift operator in workshops and warehouses.
No network wiring: plug the unit into an outlet, pair the buttons from the menu, and it’s ready. The ServiceMenu™ mount lets you place it on a counter or fix it to a wall in a few minutes. An external speaker can be connected for noisy environments.
