ServiceBip

Wireless Call Bell for Accessible Entrances (PRM)

What is a wireless call button used for at an accessible entrance?

Every public-facing venue must be able to welcome and assist people with reduced mobility. When a ramp or lift isn’t possible, a call button at the entrance lets the person signal their presence: staff come to welcome them, guide them or deploy a portable ramp.

The ServiceBip™ wireless call button placed at the entrance, checkout, lowered counter or accessible restroom sends the call to the staff receiver with the location. A self-contained on-site paging system, installed with no building work, a simple and immediate answer to the duty to welcome all visitors.

Everyday benefits

  • A person with reduced mobility welcomed without waiting in front of a step
  • Accessible restroom fitted with an alert button in case of a fall
  • Checkout and lowered counter connected to the rest of the store
  • Immediate installation, mounting height suited to wheelchair users

Which ServiceBip equipment should you choose?

The ServiceBip™ wireless call button (mounted at an accessible height, marked with a pictogram) equips the entrance, checkout and accessible restrooms. Front-of-house staff wear the ServiceWatch™ receiver watch to respond without delay; a ServiceLight™ light flash or a ServiceScreen™ display at reception signals the call. The link is direct radio on the 433.92 MHz band (short-range radio devices per ANFR), with no wifi, no wiring and no subscription; range reaches 300 m in open field and up to 2 km with the ServiceAmpli™ repeater.
