What is the ServiceBipper for?
The ServiceBipper is a compact wireless call receiver. It receives, on the move, calls sent by ServiceBip™ buttons: staff wear it on the wrist thanks to its strap, or on the belt once the strap is removed, and receive every request without staying at a fixed station.
It’s the “essential” receiver in the range: for a colour touchscreen and more advanced settings, see the ServiceWatch™ watch.
How does the ServiceBipper work?
The receiver picks up the signal from buttons on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system, with no wifi or subscription.
On every call, the ServiceBipper vibrates, rings and displays the number of the activated button. It shows how many times a given button has been pressed and displays up to 3 calls in queue. Its anti-interference system ensures stable reception.
