What is the ServiceNurse™ patient call button for?
The ServiceNurse™ is a wireless patient call button. The resident, patient or caregiver presses it; the call is sent immediately to the team’s receivers (wrist watch, desktop display, light flash), with the number and location (“ROOM 214”, “BATHROOM 3”). Staff know who is calling and from where, with no need to go through a central station.
It can be installed wherever a wired nurse-call system is missing or would be too costly to wire: bedroom, bathroom, common room, therapeutic garden, treatment room, home.
How does the ServiceNurse™ work?
The button transmits on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system: no network, no subscription.
The two-button model offers Call and Cancel: the caregiver closes the request from the room once care has been provided. A ServiceAmpli™ repeater extends the range on large facilities or buildings with thick walls.
Complementing or replacing a wired nurse-call system
The ServiceNurse™ can be used alongside a wired installation (unwired points, outdoor areas, quickly adding rooms) or as a standalone solution where wiring isn’t feasible. It doesn’t conflict with an existing system: it’s an independent radio chain.

No. The button sends a direct radio signal to the receivers. No network, no subscription, no monthly fee.

Is the button water-resistant?
