What is the ServiceWatch™ receiver watch for?
The ServiceWatch™ 3 is a wireless call receiver watch: it displays every call triggered by a ServiceBip™ button on your wrist, in real time. Staff move freely around the premises without missing a request, and without staying in front of a fixed screen.
It suits any job where service happens on the move: hospitality, food service, retirement homes, clinics, retail, industry.
How does the ServiceWatch™ work?
The watch receives the radio signal from call buttons on the 433.92 MHz band, a licence-free frequency in France for short-range radio devices. It is a self-contained on-site paging system: one transmitter, one receiver, no network infrastructure.
Each time a button is pressed, the ServiceWatch™ rings, lights up its indicator (vibration depending on version) and displays the button number, its custom label (“KITCHEN”, “ROOM 12”, “TILL 3”…) and the requested task. It shows up to 3 simultaneous calls per page, counts how many times a given button has been pressed, and offers a “Do not disturb” mode. Depending on the paired button (ServiceBip™ Mono, Duo or Trio), the displayed task can be “Call”, “Bill”, “Cancel” or an action you define yourself.
Which industries use the ServiceWatch™?
Hospitality and food service. In the dining room, on a terrace or at the kitchen pass, the server is notified without returning to a fixed point. In hotels, housekeepers and floor staff receive requests wherever they are.
Healthcare and senior care. In retirement homes or clinics, a mobile caregiver is alerted on the wrist, alongside a ServiceNurse™ patient call pear. In dental practices or pharmacies, assistants are called discreetly from room to room.
Retail. In large retail stores or specialty shops, a sales assistant on the shop floor is called to the fitting room, service desk or checkout, with no microphone announcement.
Spa, pool and beach. Around the pools of a spa, a swimming pool or a private beach, staff stay reachable at all times (see the water-resistance question below).
Industry and security. In a workshop, warehouse or reception desk, an operator triggers an assistance call and the mobile supervisor is notified immediately. See our industrial use cases.
Installation, contents and compatibility
No network wiring: the ServiceWatch™ works straight out of the box. Buttons are paired from a guided menu, in a few seconds per button. It recharges via Mini-USB cable and keeps the time and your settings even when powered off thanks to its internal clock.

Does the ServiceWatch™ need wifi or a subscription?
No. The watch communicates by direct radio (433.92 MHz) with ServiceBip™ buttons. No wifi network, no SIM card, no subscription, no monthly fee. Buttons are paired to the watch from a guided menu.
What is the actual range?
Up to 300 metres in open field. Indoors, range decreases depending on walls and metal structures. It can be extended up to 2 km in open field with the ServiceAmpli™ repeater.
How many buttons can be paired with one watch?
Up to 99 transmitter buttons. Each gets its own number and a custom label, with a dedicated task (Call, Bill, Cancel or an action you create). Several watches can receive the same buttons.
Is the watch water-resistant?
It is designed for intensive indoor use (operating from −24°C to +50°C, humidity < 80%). The manual does not specify an IP rating: for outdoor use, in a kitchen or around a pool, protect it from direct water splashes or contact us for a suitable configuration.
Can it be used without the strap?
Yes. The strap is removable: the screen alone can be worn on a belt or slipped into a pocket, in receiver mode.
What is the difference with the ServiceScreen™ display and the ServicePager™?
The ServiceWatch™ follows staff on the move. The ServiceScreen™ is a fixed display for a checkout, counter or office. The ServicePager™ is handed to the customer to let them know their order is ready. These receivers combine: a watch plus a display cover both mobile teams and the fixed station.
Warranty and after-sales service
The ServiceWatch™ is guaranteed for 1 year against any malfunction (excluding battery), with after-sales service provided in France: diagnosis, repair or exchange as quickly as possible.
