What is the ServicePager™ FM for?
The ServicePager™ FM is a wireless guest pager system for managing a queue. The idea is simple: hand a pager to the customer as soon as they arrive or place an order, and they can wait wherever they like (in their car, on the terrace, in the next aisle); as soon as it’s ready, you call them from the keypad and their pager vibrates, rings and flashes.
The result: no more physical line at the counter, customers free to move around, and a clear dining room or lobby.

How does the ServicePager™ FM work?
No installation: take the keypad and pagers out of the base, type the number of the pager you handed out, and it alerts the customer. The keypad can also send a short text message. Range reaches 1,500 m in open field, enough to cover a shopping centre, a car park, a market or a large hall.
Which industries?
Fast food, snacking, food courts. Order pickup without crowding at the counter, in restaurants, brasseries or catering.
Retail and logistics. Calling customers for order pickup, managing drivers at a loading dock in large retail stores and warehouses, children’s play areas.
Leisure and services. Table availability at a casino, turn notification at a hairdresser’s, a book ready at a library or a guide available at a museum.
ServicePager™ FM or ServiceBip™ buttons?
ServiceBip™ buttons let the customer call staff. The ServicePager™, conversely, lets staff call the customer for queue management. Many venues use both.

Can the customer move away from the building?
Yes, that’s the whole point of the system: they can wait in their car or shop nearby as long as they stay within range.
